Private Party Packages 

WHAT IS  INCLUDED​:

• Exclusive use of the facility for 2 hours
• Guest of honor will also receive one free admission pass to come back and play another day. Guest of honor will also receive one 8 inch stuffable pet experience at our Fun Run Pet Shop!
• $125.00 deposit is required to hold a reservation
• All party packages must leave a form of payment (credit or debit card) at time of check-in.
• Private Parties are limited to 40 children
• Any additional children over the guest limit of 40 will be charged $12.99 per child ages 1-12 years. No more than 40 children ages 1-12 years will be permitted in the facility unless special arrangements are made with the owners. These requests must be emailed to jessica@funrunkansascity.com with at least a 14 day advance request. Due to staffing and occupancy, requests for over 40 children may not be approved. Failure to do this will result in no more than 40 children ages 1-12 years being permitted inside the facility for the private party. 
• Must be reserved in advance
• Cake, ice cream, bottled water, and juice boxes are allowed. NO other outside food is permitted. Discounted food options are available.
• Morning private parties can bring donuts/juice instead of cake

WHAT YOU CAN BRING

We do allow cake, ice cream, water, and juice boxes, but absolutely no other outside food or drink.

Please Note: We do not accept checks as a form of payment.

$125. Deposit is required to hold a reservation pending which package you book. (When booking a party, a deposit is charged at the time of reservation. If you cancel 14 days prior to your party date, your deposit will be refunded.

However, if you cancel with less than 14 days before your scheduled party, the deposit is forfeited.

Deposits will not be transferred to Lobby Parties.

You may reschedule your party due to weather or other emergencies within a 2 month time period. The deposit will be transferred in that incident.
