FAQs Regarding Scheduled Parties

Will you accept any coupons?

We will gladly accept any valid birthday coupons. We ask that you read the instructions thoroughly because we do offer different store coupons. We will not accept any admission price coupons towards a birthday party.

When should I order my pizzas?

Pizza orders need to be placed in advance, so that pizzas can be prepared in time for your scheduled party. A staff member will make a complimentary phone call a few days in advance to see if you need pizza’s for your party. To learn more about the Fun Run Cafe options click here.

What is the outside food policy?

Only cake and ice cream is allowed, no other outside food is permitted. You may bring in a healthier alternative to soda such as Capri Suns, juice boxes, or bottled water. If you bring any food or drink not listed you will be asked to return those items to your car. As a courtesy to all guests, Fun Run is a NUT FREE facility for those who suffer food allergies. We ask that none of your desserts consist of any nuts.

What ages does the party package include?

Just like admission, we charge children from 12 months to 12 years. Any children older than 12 years are not permitted to play on the inflatables. However, we do offer an arcade that is appropriate for all ages. For toddlers 12 months or older are charged, because we do offer a toddler only area for children under the age 4. Adults may receive a wristband if they wish to play on any equipment with a child under the age of 4 years.

Is the party room decorated?

All rooms have a solid color tablecloth on head table and minimal decorations. If you have a special theme, you may bring your own decorations.

What is not allowed in the party rooms?

We ask that you do not bring: confetti, piñatas, or decorative table sprinkles. Our staff members have limited time in between parties for clean up; therefore, there is a $25 cleaning fee that will be applied to your bill if any of these items are used. NO EXCEPTIONS.

What if my party is schedule when the store opens (10AM or 11AM)?

We do not allow guest in the building prior to business hours. If this concerns you, contact a staff member to change your scheduled time for a slightly later time, such as 10:30 or 11:30.

Can I come early to set up?

15 minutes early is the standard arrival time for set up. Please keep in mind, our staff members have a limited time to clean in between parties and set-up time may fluctuate. A staff member is provided to help with any set-up needs should you not be able to get in early.

Does Fun Run offer a freezer for my ice cream?

Fun Run does provide a complementary freezer for any frozen items. Frozen items can be left with your host at the counter and picked up at any time.

Do I need to bring paper products?

Paper products are provided in the room, such as: plates, cups, napkins, forks, and spoons. All supplies are basic white; if you would like to keep a theme going, you are more than welcome to provide your own paper products. Upon request, your host can provide you with a cake knife, spatula, ice cream scoop, and lighter. Not provided for lobby parties.

What if I don’t have 10 kids?

Lobby parties are offered for parties that have less than 10 kids. For more information about our Lobby Party Package click here.

What if I have over 15 kids?

The party rooms are designed to hold 15 kids and parents. Private parties are available at your convenience for larger parties. However, if you accidently go over the package by a few kids a charge of $10 for every additional child will be applied to your bill.

What if I accidently go over the child limit?

Any additional children over the guest limit in your selected package will be charged $10.00 per child.

Is the birthday child included in the birthday package?

Yes, the birthday child is included in the package. For example: If you were planning on doing a 10 kid package, you would need to invite 9 kids to stay within the package limits.

Is there any information I should mention on my invitations?

SOCKS! Socks are required for all participants. If socks are forgotten we will charge $2 for a pair. Always write the location name because we do offer two locations (we wouldn’t want any party-goers getting lost). At your convenience we have a printable invitation insert. Fun Run closes to the public at 6:00 PM. If you would like to set up early you may arrive at 6:00 PM. Please keep in mind our staff members will be cleaning during this time and your guest may not arrive until your scheduled party time.

FAQs Regarding Lobby Parties

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No, the rules are the same for standard parties and lobby parties. No outside food is allowed. Box drinks such as Capri Suns are okay, but NO bottle soda is allowed.

How do I pay for my party?

It is recommended that you pay for all party guests prior to your party. Alternate payment options must be arranged prior to your party.

I have more than 8 kids for my party, is that a problem?

YES. During weekends seating is very limited and Lobby Parties must consist of less than 8 kids. If your party exceeds 8 kids, you will be charged standard party rate of $129. (No game tokens or Fun-Run Pet will be provided)

Do you offer a discount menu for lobby parties?

No, only reserved parties are offered discounted menu items.

What can I bring for a lobby party?

Cake, Ice Cream, table covering, balloons if they are tied down, presents. Don’t forget to bring paper products, cake knife, and ice cream scooper.
